About the Team

The Cumberland Panthers Football Club was formed in 1993 with 36 players and 8 coaches. Today it is amongst the largest Clubs of its kind in the Ottawa football community. Incorporated in 1994, the Club now manages the expectations of more than 400 boys and girls ranging in age from 7–19. In addition, there are approximately 70 front line volunteers that give more than 17,000 hours of unpaid time in capacities ranging from coaches to trainers, managers and Club executive. The Club provides all of the safety equipment for the players.
